today i decided to run at the track instead of doing insanity and almost died from the dirtylaair that gave me cramps and deathlikesymptoms.. but legitly timed myself for one mile for the first time in like 4 years and got 7:40. i’m quite happy since the last time i was timed i got like 9:00 or something..
and just now i had some popcorn that expired 3 years ago.. if i die, i would like...
